B’nai Avraham is producing a Yizkor Remembrance Book that will be used for Yom Kippur as well as the other three holidays in 5784 that we say Yizkor.

In addition to the Yizkor service text, the book will include the names of those we remember during Yizkor. You can list their names–as well as others you would like to memorialize–for $18 per name. Click here to do so.

Mikvah renovations begin August 1

Unfortunately, this means that we will have to close the mikvah for a period of time.  While we are hoping that the mikvah pool can remain accessible during periods of the construction, we are not able to put together a definitive calendar at this time.

Therefore, if you wish to use the mikvah please call (718) 510-6903 to confirm it is open.

We look forward to welcoming you to our reopening celebration.  We will also be scheduling a series of classes and events to educate and celebrate the beauty of the mikvah.

We are still looking for donors at every level. Please call to discuss sponsorship opportunities. You can make a donation through Venmo @meimenachem-mikvah or by check to Mei Menachem Community Mikvah, 117 Remsen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

Tisha B'Av at B'nai Avraham
